Aaaw thank you ! Quite a few people have said that. It’s a bit tricky to pronounce because you have to say the n,d,l together. My last name means elephant in Zulu and Ndebele.

Oui, je parles français ;) I studied in Paris at an art school for a year and have French speaking friends, plus I travel to Paris often. I still make mistakes because English is what I speak 90% of the time, otherwise I speak it well.

Cutting down on carbs has made a difference for sure. Plus I added more activities to my exercise which included kick boxing and aerobics instead of just running, which is affecting my knees. Swimming also helps with toning up but kick-boxing and pilates for sure do the trick !
